**Critical Notes Regarding Appointment Scheduling**

WEEKENDS/EVENINGS: During the winter season, every second Saturday is available for scheduling. If you require a specific appointment during this time frame, kindly contact me directly, and I will endeavor to make suitable arrangements.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS: I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate in-person consultations quickly if you contact me via text message at 780-772-0799. If you provide me with photos, I can also conduct virtual consultations. It's important to note that in cases where you've had previous permanent makeup work done elsewhere, photos or an in-person consultation are required.

DOWNPAYMENT: Please note that only cosmetic procedures require a down payment (i.e., brows, lips, eyeliners, freckles, etc.). For any new initial permanent makeup (PMU) procedure, a down payment of $100 is required at the time of booking, which can be made either through e-Transfer or Debit.

TINY TATTOOS: Currently, no deposit is necessary for tiny tattoos. However, it's essential to send your design and all relevant details upon booking. It's worth noting that I am relatively new to body art tattoos, with only a few months of experience. As a result, my pricing reflects my skill level, and I am only offering basic line work with black ink at this time.

RESCHEDULING: For rescheduling, a minimum of 48-hour notice via text or call must be provided, and rescheduling can be done within 3 months without forfeiting the deposit. The deposit will be held for up to two consecutive reschedules within 3 months of the original appointment date, without forfeit if given with 48 hours notice via text or phone.

CANCELLATIONS: If you have a change of heart or encounter unexpected events, kindly notify me immediately via text, Instagram, Facebook message, or email. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled procedure, I will refund your full downpayment.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: I prefer cash payments, although E-transfer and Debit are also accepted. Please take note that GST is no longer included in the pricing. Credit is available but is subject to 3% of total due to fees I am charged to accept.
